These terms govern the use of the Quantum Growth Systems website and the internal tools we use to manage advertising accounts for our clients. The tools are operated only by Quantum Growth Systems on behalf of clients who have hired us; they are not offered to the public.
A client grants access to its Google Ads account by signing in with Google and approving the requested permissions. The client confirms it has the right to grant that access. We act on the client's accounts only within the scope of our engagement and at the client's direction.
Clients remain the owners of their advertising accounts, budgets and content, and remain responsible for their compliance with Google Ads policies and applicable law.
A client may revoke our access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions or by contacting us. Revoking access ends our ability to view or change the account.
Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Fees, deliverables and timelines for client work are set out in each client's separate agreement with Quantum Growth Systems. If those agreements conflict with these terms, the client agreement controls.
The website and tools are provided as is. Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version.
