This policy explains what information Quantum Growth Systems ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers our website and the internal tools we use to manage advertising accounts for our clients.
Our tools are used only by Quantum Growth Systems to serve businesses that have hired us. They are not offered to the public.
When a client authorizes us by signing in with Google, our tools use the Google Ads API to access that client's Google Ads account data: account settings, campaigns, ads and assets (such as sitelinks, callouts and structured snippets), tracking settings, policy and approval status, and performance reports.
We do not request access to Gmail, contacts, files or any Google data outside Google Ads.
We use Google Ads data only to manage and report on the client's own advertising accounts: reviewing performance and policy status, and updating ads, assets and tracking settings at the client's direction.
Quantum Growth Systems' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not sell data accessed through Google APIs, use it for advertising profiles, or share it with third parties, except with the client who owns the account or where required by law.
Sign-in credentials are stored in access-restricted environment files on our own systems and are never published or shared. Reports we generate for a client are kept in that client's records.
We keep access only while we serve the client. A client can remove our access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions or by asking us. When an engagement ends or on request, we delete stored credentials and data obtained through Google APIs.
If you contact us through our website, we use the details you provide only to respond to you.
